The Wizard of Oz: Show in a Week - Easter 2027 (7 - 14yrs)

Five days. One cast. One unforgettable performance. 🎭 Join us this Easter and step into the magical world of The Wizard of Oz in our next Show in a Week! Across five exciting days, students aged 7–14 will rehearse and perform a full theatre production, bringing the story of Dorothy, the S …morecarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, the Wicked Witch and the wonderful world of Oz to life on stage. Students will work as a real theatre company, developing characters, rehearsing scenes and songs and building their confidence and stage presence before performing the finished production for family and friends on the final day. No previous acting experience is required. ⸻ 🎭 Show in a Week Students will experience the excitement of putting together a theatre production from beginning to end in just five days. Casting takes place on the first day of rehearsals, allowing our directors to get to know the company before allocating roles. Every student will receive their own printed performer’s script to keep. ⸻ ⭐ What to expect • Auditions and casting • Script work and character development • Acting techniques and stage performance • Songs and movement • Group scenes and ensemble work • Professional-style rehearsals • Confidence and stage presence • Full final performance for family and friends ⸻ 🎬 Final Performance Students will take part in a full performance for parents on the final day, showcasing everything they have worked on throughout the week.
