Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

- Monitor and report on pupil progress
- To provide appropriate pastoral and medical care

- Registers, registration forms and medical forms are securely stored and shredded when no longer required.
- Where you have chosen to register a customer account on our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone else.
